The Illinois Green Party 2010 State Convention will take place at Loyola University’s Lake Shore Campus in Chicago, on July 30 and 31, and August 1. The convention will feature several workshops to help candidates and volunteers prepare for the final three months of campaign season.
Among the featured speakers is Ben Manski, a member of the MovetoAmend.org Executive Committee, the founder of the Liberty Tree Foundation, and a former national chair of the Green Party of the United States. He speaks at 6pm on the night of July 30th, and will call on the Illinois Greens to join the Move to Amend our Constitution.
